Machine is holding for automatic restart.  Production will restart after condition is cleared.

Conditions that might cause Auto-Restart condition
1) No Product Available
2) Open Flap on Carton
3) EStop Pack Check (Carton not glued correctly due to EStop situation)
4) Line Request to stop machine
5) Taper Stop Request (only on systems with taper installed)
6) Full Pack Detection Fault (only on systems with full pack detection)
